I realized a few months ago that my kids would eat nothing but junk food; the closest "real" foods they consumed were pop-tarts and cheap chicken nuggets.
It was obvious where they were picking this up, so I've been trying to set better habits for all of us.

Watching my children exhibit horrible behavior opened my eyes to my own habits and what lessons I am teaching the kids about living.
I decided quickly that things needed to change-- significantly.

I'm glad you got so many things. But did you have to plant that song in my head? It's been stuck in there for 24 hours now, and the annoying thing is that I don't know all the words by heart so I have to hum big parts of it. And I refuse to look it up for fear it will never get out of my head again...

Rochelle - Thanks! I actually was without a computer much longer, it took 18 hours to nuke the hard drive (I didn't want ANY trace of Hewlett Packard left), then the install of windows. The 8 hours was transferring my files back to my hard drive, which Razi interrupted and kind of messed up.

The mother ship - Haha, glad to hear that. Your comment made me so happy!

Nic - That was totally my goal. Since I realized I could put all this to "12 Days of Christmas," that stupid song has gone 'round and 'round in my head...for days!!
